How long does my order take to ship?

All orders are dispatched from Geelong, Victoria, Australia. We will aim to process and ship all orders within 3 business days. Upon dispatch, you will be sent a notification email containing a tracking number.

Domestic shipping in Australia

All Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post for a plat rate of AUD $10 (standard shipping) or AUD $25 (Express shipping). We offer free standard shipping for all Australian order over AUD $100.

In general, standard delivery takes 2-6 business days whereas express delivery takes 1-3 business days depending on your location. Please note that there may be delays during busy periods such as Christmas and the New year. You can use Australia Post’s postage and delivery time calculator to get an estimate using your postcode.

Please be advised we cannot deliver to PO BOX or Parcel lockers. Simply because some of our products will melt at extreme temperatures.

All prices displayed are inclusive of GST.

What is your return policy? 

Change of mind

We accept returns on full-priced items within 7 days of receiving your order for a refund. All items must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Please ensure that all items are packaged properly to avoid damage during transit.

Missing orders or damaged items

Our sincerest apology, please send us a photo of the missing order or damaged items along with the details of your order (order number, name, and date) within 14 days of receiving your order.
